Warranty for fourobot® products
1 Year from Bill of Lading
Within this 1 year of Warranty period:
We will provide free service on repairing and replacing malfunctioning or damaged parts which are proved to be our manufacturing quality defects within the Warranty period.
After 1 year of Warranty period:
We will provide chargeable onsite service on repairing and replacing malfunctioning or damaged parts after the Warranty period.
We will supply dispensable parts preferentially for a long period.
We will keep in touch with customers to track and survey of the product quality.
We train our partners’ engineers to master the skills to control and use the fire robots.
After the engineers become skillful to use the fire robots, they can train their clients in a sustainable way.
Once the engineers of our partners become skillful to use the fire robots, they will be issued with a Certificate with which they are authorized to train their clients in future.
